Title of the paper: Idiotope-Driven T-Cell/B-Cell Collaboration-Based T-Cell Epitope Prediction Using B-Cell Receptor Repertoire Sequences in Infectious Diseases

In this paper, in collaboration with the Graduate School of Medicine, the University of Tokyo (Professor Moi Meng Ling) and Tokai University School of Medicine (Professor Takashi Shiina), we show the possibility of predicting antigens by analyzing B-cell receptors in patients with viral infections.
