Our collaborator (Junzo Hamanishi, Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics, Kyoto University, Japan) demonstrated a new study using our next generation BCR analysis at the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) 2016 Annual Meeting, June. 3-7, 2016 in Chicago, IL.
"Specific gene signatures and oligoclonal expansion of b cell repertoire with responders of anti-PD-1 antibody, nivolumab for ovarian cancer: Novel predictive biomarkers."
This study revealed that B cell analysis may lead to the early response biomarker and novel anti-tumor monitoring of nivolumab treatment.
